Joanne strives to work hard and dedicate the time needed to Coldwell Banker to build and maintain its reputation as one of the premier Real Estate agencies.   As a resident of Clifton for approximately 32 years, Joanne is an expert in Passaic, Bergen and Essex County.

Joanne worked for the Port Authority of NY & NJ for over 36 years as an executive assistant.  She has seen the PA go through good times and bad.  A survivor of 911, she continued to bring a wealth of expertise and knowledge to all her undertakings until she retired in January 2018.

Joanne always had an interest in Real Estate since her husband John Varriano, Branch VP of the Chester office, has been in the business for over 18 years.  Upon retiring, Joanne obtained her Real Estate License from the American School of Business in Fairfield, NJ.  She joined the Coldwell Banker Clifton office following in her husband's footsteps, since that is where he first started his successful career.

Joanne's mission is to meet the needs of all clients and provide the highest quality and most efficient service.  As an agent who's an expert in this local area, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise about buying and selling real estate here.
